The Interphase SlotOptimizer 454G Quad-port Gigabit Ethernet Interface Card maximizes server communications I/O for Gigabit Ethernet and Fast Ethernet networks by providing four independent 10/100/1000 ports from a single slot.

The 454G features are:

-Intel® 82546EB processor and 128 KB flash memory
-Supports PCI-X 1.0a or PCI 2.3 buses
-Supports 33/66/100/133 MHz PCI bus speeds
-Auto-Sensing and Auto-Negotiation automatically detects and configures link speed and duplex type of the network connection
-Plug-and-Play compatibility for PCI Local Bus 2.3 and PCI-X 1.0a compliant host systems
-Driver support for Windows NT®, Windows® 2000, Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, Solaris X86, and Linux® 2.2.5 or later
-Each port is IEEE 802.3ab compliant for 10BASE-T, 100BASE-TX, 1000BASE-T for assured compatibility
