Diversified Technology's PlexSys-2, 2U general purpose CompactPCI System Platform, part of DTI's PlexSys family of PICMG 2.x-compliant building blocks, provides telecom and Internet IP-based OEMs an open standards ecosystem for application solutions development.
The PlexSys-2 rugged, designed-for-NEBS enclosure features a 4-slot transversely mounted backplane with one dedicated system master and three peripheral node slots. Accepting 6U cards at the front and rear, the backplane provides one CompactPCI bus Segment.
The hot-swappable, front loading, fan tray with three fans, provides efficient left-to-right cooling.
