MSM200X/XL/XP

The MICROSPACE® MSM200X/XL/XP is an industrial motherboard in PCI/104-Express standard format. Equipped with the smartCore® Express computer on module SMA200, the Intel® Atom™ processor Z510 or Z530 (1.1 or 1.6GHz) and up to 2GB permanently soldered RAM can be selected. The CPU board provides all of the standard PC interfaces including 1GB LAN, audio (HDA-AC97), two RS232 plus two RS232/RS422/ RS485 interfaces, one P-ATA and two S-ATA interfaces. In addition, it has an internal video controller with up to 128MB video memory, CRT/LCD interface. The MPEG4 decoder allows to display films with low CPU performance, advanced power management functions and a watchdog. The PCI/104-Express bus (PCI + PCIe), PCIe Minicard and six USB interfaces are available as functional extensions. The PCIe Minicard permits to extend the board with SDD, GSM or WLAN functions. Optionally the MSM200 can be equipped with a GPS receiver (COM4). Standard temperature range -25° to +70°C. The XL version is a light version without audio, only two RS232, LVDS, temperature range 0° to +60°C. MSM200X and MSM200XP are available for the extended temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The boards have dimensions of 90mm x 96mm (W x L). The typical power consumption of only 4W or 5W allows passive cooling within a very broad working temperature range. The MSM200 is ideally suited for applications in battery powered mobile computers, information terminals with video displays, systems with music output, measuring instruments or telecommunication devices.
