The PCI-756 is a full-size PICMG 1.0 form factor single-processor system host board based on the Intel® 945G chipset with ICH7 I/O Controller Hub. It supports the Intel® Pentium® D with dual-core, Pentium® 4 with Hyper-Threading Technology, or Celeron® D Processor on the LGA775 socket up to 3.8GHz core frequency. Chipset features include 1066/800/533MHz Front Side Bus, unbuffered non-ECC Dual Channel DDR2 DIMM 667/533/400MHz, up to 2 DIMMs and a maximum of 2GB, Intel® Graphic Media Accelerator 950 technology, and PCI Express support. The PCI-756 is designed to run Windows 2000/XP and Linux operating systems.
I/O features of the PCI-756 include onboard Gigabit Ethernet, LPC, EIDE Ultra ATA/100, 4 Channels SATA II (3Gbps), CompactFlash Type-II, Mini PCI card slot, 32-bit/33MHz PCI bus, two UART compatible serial ports, parallel port, floppy drive port, PS/2 Keyboard and Mouse port, 24-bit LVDS panel resolution up to 1600x1200, and VGA at 2048x1536x8bit at 75Hz resolution. SATA 3 Gb/s, UART compatible serial ports, parallel port, floppy drive port, PS/2 Keyboard port and VGA at 2048x1536x8bit at 75Hz resolution.
