PFU Systems' COM Express compliant Plug-N-Run G4 System-On-Modules with Intel® Pentium® M and Celeron® M processors feature up to 2GB of L2 cache, 533MHz FSB, 533MHz DDR2 memory controller and integrated Intel® Extreme Graphics 3 accelerator.

Plug-N-Run G4B modules in the COM Express Basic Form Factor support single SO-DIMM socket configuration for up to 1GB DDR2 memory expansion. These modules include PCI Express, x16 PCI Express Graphics, PCI, dual channel LVDS, dual SDVO, SATA, IDE, USB 2.0, ExpressCard interface, AC'97 link, 10/100Base-T Ethernet and advanced intelligent-power management.
