The RadiSys EPC-6315 PrPMC is the first and only product of its kind to support Intel® Architecture. At only 2.9 x 5.9 inches (7.6 x 15.2 cm), the EPC-6315 provides an ultra-dense single chipset solution for the Celeron® through Pentium® III processors.
The EPC-6315 PrPMC enables a modular building block strategy, giving companies a huge time-to-market advantage. The modular approach of the PrPMC extends the life of any product by allowing simplified upgrading of the processor performance, since processor power is on easily replaceable mezzanine cards. The EPC-6315 can be used in any standard PMC site. The RadiSys EPC-6315 also speeds time to market by utilizing standard software applications. Software development with Linux can begin with the EPC-6315 while the I/O interfaces and application are still being developed.
