The latest addition to the family is the Promentum ATCA-7010 10 Gbps Packet Processing Module. This module extends the capability of the Promentum family to applications requiring high bandwidth.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The ATCA-7010 is a 10 Gbps throughput capable single slot ATCA module. The modular design enables I/O and fabric interface flexibility. Additionally, it is compliant with PICMG 3.0 and PICMG 3.x standards. The module includes dual Intel® IXP28xx network processors and a powerful memory architecture to address the most challenging of packet processing applications such as traffic aggregators, intrusion detection and high bandwidth line card applications.
