DFI today launches a new ATX motherboard- BL630-DR based on Intel® Q35 Express chipset . T he DFI BL630-DR motherboard supports Intel ® Core™2 Quad, Intel® Core™2 Duo or Intel® Wolfdale 45nm processors.
The BL630-DR benefits from the updated Graphics Memory Controller Hub (GMCH) architecture of the Intel ® Q35 Express chipset with improved system performance. In addition, the BL630-DR motherboard is designed with Intel GMA3100 graphic features that not only enable greater flexibility, scalability and improved realism, but also provides dual-independent display for high-end application use.
The BL630-DR configuration provides a maximum of 8GB Dual-channel (128-bit wide) DDR2 SDRAM 667/ 800MHz system memory , up to two UltraDMA 33/66/100Mbps IDE devices for extending extra hard disk storage, and two Gbit LAN controllers for increased transmission speed. BL630-DR offers one VGA port, one DVI-I port, six Serial ATA ports with speed up to 3Gb/s, 12 USB 2.0/1.1 ports, two COM ports, and RAID 0, 1, 0+1 and 5 support (SATA ports 0/1/2/3 only). A full compliment of expansion slots includes 1 PCI Express x16 slot, 1 PCI Express x1 slot, and 4 PCI slots.
