RadiSys' Microware OS-9 for Intel® XScale® microarchitecture is a complete software solution designed for OEMs who are developing embedded and real-time applications for hardware based on XScale-technology. It provides a pre-integrated, Windows-hosted development environment based on Borland® CodeWright® 7.0. OS-9 features extensive I/O, storage, TCP/IP, networking, graphics and audio and a power management subsystem. OS-9 also features a NetBSD v1.6-compliant dual IPv6/IPv4 network stack, a networking framework for easy protocol integration, and a socket-based API with TCP/UDP/IP functionality. The system product also features board support packages for RadiSys' EXS-6424 dual Intel® IXC1100 Control Plane Performance Primitives development platform.
