The ECM-XDP3 In-Target Probe (JTAG emulator) is one of Arium's debug solutions supporting Intel® embedded (including Intel® Atom™), laptop, desktop, and server processors.

The lead-free in-target probe was developed specifically for use with targets with XDP debug ports (other adapters and interposers for various form factors are available). The product features reliable run control and execution trace functionality for visibility to exact code execution.

All popular compilers are supported for C/C++ debug.
